Greenish Property Investment Ltd is a UK-based property investment and development company focused on acquiring, refurbishing and managing residential and selected commercial property. Our objective is to create long-term value through sustainable investment, high-quality refurbishment and responsible property management.
Our story
Greenish Property was founded with a deep understanding of the real estate market and a belief that finding the right property transforms lives. We curate our portfolio carefully, ensuring every property meets our rigorous standards for quality and sustainability.
That conviction is what the business is built on. A poor energy rating is a solvable problem, and solving it properly creates something genuinely better than what was there before — for the household living in it as much as for the investor behind it.
It also drives every acquisition we make. We look for the property that has been passed over, work out what it would take to bring it up to a standard worth holding, and only buy when those numbers stand up.

How we're different
The energy uplift is the value creation, which is why it is specified before we exchange rather than after.
Low EPC, tired fabric, awkward layouts — properties most buyers discount and most developers avoid.
Insulation and airtightness before technology. Less glamorous on a brochure than a heat pump, and far more effective at reducing demand.
Pre- and post-retrofit assessments on every project, so the environmental claim is a measurement rather than a marketing line.
Management
Greenish is currently founder-led. Every acquisition decision, every specification and every conversation with a vendor or an investor goes through one person — which keeps the standard consistent and means nobody is passed around a department.
As we grow, we will build a multidisciplinary team around that. We would rather name people once they are actually part of the business than list a roster that overstates where we are today.
Professional standards
We list only qualifications, memberships and accreditations we actually hold and can evidence on request. Anything else would be a claim rather than a standard, and this is precisely the section where a claim does the most damage.

Qualified and competent contractors
Works are carried out by appropriately qualified trades, with the relevant certification held for the measures they install.
Building Regulations compliance
Refurbishment and retrofit works are delivered in accordance with current Building Regulations, including the parts covering conservation of fuel and power, ventilation and overheating.
Assessed and certified energy performance
Energy performance is established by a qualified assessor before and after works, so the improvement on record is an assessment rather than our own estimate.
Landlord and letting compliance
Gas and electrical safety, EPC currency, deposit protection and licensing where it applies, with the records retained to evidence each.
Data protection
Personal data submitted through this website is handled in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our privacy policy sets out exactly what we hold and why.
