Who we are
Greenish Property Investment Ltd is the data controller for personal data submitted through this website. Registered address and ICO registration number to be confirmed.
What we collect
The data captured by the three forms on this site: the general enquiry form, the investor information request, and the property submission form. Each field must be listed against the purpose that justifies collecting it. We collect nothing else — this site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
Lawful basis per purpose. Enquiry handling is expected to rely on legitimate interests or pre-contract steps; marketing relies on consent, captured separately and never bundled with an enquiry.
How long we keep it
A defined retention period per category, not 'as long as necessary'. To be confirmed with our adviser and stated explicitly here.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, with the route to exercise each and the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Changes to this policy
How changes are notified, and the date this version took effect.
