Greenish Property Investment Ltd is in its early stage of operation. We have no completed projects to show you yet, and we would rather say that than fill this page with illustrative examples dressed up as a track record.
As acquisitions complete, each property will be published here in full — including the parts that did not go to plan. A case study that only reports its successes is marketing rather than evidence.
What each case study will contain
- The property as we found it, including its EPC band and condition
- The full refurbishment and retrofit scope, measure by measure
- The EPC band and energy performance after completion
- Matched before-and-after photography from identical positions
- What we got right, and what we would do differently
